What is The Independent Tool Kit?

Our debut product has been designed by Lydia Elise Millen to create an applicator for a beautiful, all-over body glowing skin, perfectly designed to cover even those hard to reach places that have previously required a helping hand from a loving BFF or partner. No mess, no fuss, just beautiful skin.
Prepare your skin to Glo from within however you wish to use your kit - perfect for applying your body lotions and moisturisers or sunless tanners of your choice. The kit has been designed to pamper and polish every inch of our bodies incorporating our personal favourite lotions and tanners with ease. It’s so versatile and perfect for all. Whether this is for yourself, or a surprise present for a loved one, this will make you Glo and feel beautiful.
What's inside The Independent Tool Kit?
Radiant, lit-from-within skin is all in the prep. This four-piece kit contains:
(1) A luxury exfoliating glove to gently buff and polish skin.
(2) For hard to reach areas such as your back, there's a double-sided back exfoliator, complete with handles that make it easy to manoeuvre.
(3) The waterproof applicator mitt keeps hands clean
(4) The back applicator ensures lotion and tan goes on smoothly and evenly.
(5) All tools come in a chic black case made from vegan leather, which is compartmentalised for practicality and ease.
Does the Independent Tool Kit include moisturiser or tanning product?
The first 500 kits sold at launch (on a first come, first served basis) will include 1x 100ml bottle of St. Tropez Express Bronzing Mousse. The kit is also designed to work perfectly with your favourite moisturiser. Anyone who misses out on this can get 20% of St Tropez tan using the discount code in their order confirmation email!

The Independent Tool Kit is made in China with responsible manufacturers adhering to ISO90001 standards and BSCI requirements.
What is The Independent Tool Kit made from?
All elements of the kit have been designed with the highest quality and durability in mind. We want all of our products to last a lifetime, be kind to the environment but also feel luxurious with every use.
Bag: 90% PU, 10% PE foam. Tanning Mitt: 70% polyester plush, 20% polyurethane foam, 10% PU waterproof lining. Exfoliating Glove: 95% nylon, 5% other. Back Applicator: 60% polyester plush, 40% polyurethane foam. Back Exfoliator: 100% nylon. The product is made in China with responsible manufacturers adhering to ISO9001 standards and BSCI requirements.
Is my Independent Tool Kit bag waterproof?
Yes, the bag is designed with a completely waterproof lining so that you can place your damp accessories back into the compartments once used without causing water damage.
Is my Independent kit bag made using Vegan friendly leather?
Yes, no animal derived materials are used on any of our products.
Will there be other products coming soon?
Making Orders & Payments
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Unfortunately we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order. If your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You will then need to create a new order.
Can I change my delivery address?
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made.
Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For your security we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to.
Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made. Please double check the items when completing your order.
My card keeps getting declined?
In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment.
This is because they may not recognise the influencer's domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.
My product is faulty?
GLÓ by Lydia Elise Millen endeavour to manufacture all products to the highest of standards. Your items may have minimal natural wear and tear during the manufacturing process.
Each item is quality checked prior to shipping and handled with love and care along the way to your door. Of course, we can't be perfect 100% all of the time and so if your product is faulty please go to the Contact Us page, raise a ticket and a representative will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

Please note: All deliveries are handled by third party couriers. Therefore, all times given are estimated delivery times. There is a chance that your delivery may arrive earlier or later than specified.
Our warehouse distribution team endeavour to process all orders with items out for delivery within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
