Community Guidelines

Hey GLÓ Getters!

We love getting social and hearing from you all! Here at GLÓ by Lydia Elise Millen, we’re all about creating a community of positivity, respect and inclusion. Keeping those values in mind, here are our community guidelines that we feel are important to share from the get go:

  • The GLÓ community prides itself on inclusion, empowerment and positivity.

  • We want our products, community and brand to be one that gives you the tools and confidence to GLÓ inside and out.
  • We love to hear your feedback, thoughts and welcome your comments and ideas, provided that you share your views in a way that is respectful and is not inappropriate, unsuitable, inapplicable, abusive, harassing, profane, or promoting/soliciting third-party sites, initiatives or products.
  • We try our best to get back to questions and comments as quickly as possible. The GLÓ team is here Monday - Friday, from 9AM - 6PM (GMT). For anything outside of those hours, please contact us via the website form and one of the team will be in touch. 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from one of the GLÓ team. 
  • We will try to do our best to help but it’s important to flag that our social media isn’t the right place for customer queries - Please contact us via the website ‘contact us’ form, and one of the GLÓ team will pick up within 48 hours. 
  • We reserve the right to block users/followers who breach these community guidelines.
  • We love when you share us, and we want to share you right back! By posting on our social media account, your posts or ideas may be freely used by us in any way and in any of our media, including our website. Please don’t put anything on there that you would not want to be shared. Your profile, name, and social media handle could be visible and associated with your post.
